Jason brings a rare blend of high-level coaching experience, athlete development expertise, and relationship-driven leadership to every training session. As a collegiate men’s volleyball coach, private trainer, and long-time leader in youth and high school volleyball, he has worked with athletes across all levels of the game while helping them build not only stronger skill sets, but stronger confidence as competitors and people.
With experience in college volleyball, club volleyball, high school programs, recruiting, scouting, player development, and performance training, Jason sees the game through a complete lens. He understands what athletes need technically, tactically, physically, and mentally in order to grow. His sessions are intentional, demanding, and personalized, designed to help each athlete improve with purpose rather than just go through the motions.
What separates Jason is his ability to connect. He creates an environment where athletes feel challenged, believed in, and equipped to succeed. Whether training a young player learning the game, a high school athlete chasing a varsity role, or an advanced player preparing for college volleyball, Jason meets athletes where they are and helps move them toward where they want to be.

Jason’s coaching philosophy is rooted in one core belief: understanding that mistakes are not failures. They are opportunities to learn, adjust, and grow into the player we are meant to become.
That mindset shapes the way he coaches. His sessions are built to push athletes, but also to teach them how to respond to adversity, stay present, and trust the process of development. Rather than simply feeding balls and counting reps, Jason focuses on helping athletes understand the game, develop better habits, and carry themselves with confidence under pressure.
His approach is highly athlete-centered. Every athlete has different strengths, weaknesses, goals, and learning styles, so Jason tailors training to fit the individual. Some athletes need technical refinement. Others need more game awareness, more confidence, more discipline, or a clearer sense of how to compete. Jason’s job is to identify what will move the athlete forward and coach that with energy, clarity, and purpose.
He also believes the best training goes beyond mechanics. Great volleyball players are not just skilled. They are disciplined, resilient, and mentally engaged. Jason works to develop athletes who are confident communicators, smart decision-makers, and competitors who can perform when the moment gets big.
At the heart of it all is the standard he brings to every session: show up with purpose, embrace the process, and get better in a way that lasts.
